Dry Lining Process

1

Drawing & Project Review

We review drawings, floor plans, partition layouts and board specifications to understand the scope before visiting site.

2

Material & Board Type Selection

We confirm the correct board types for each area — standard, moisture-resistant, fire-rated or insulated — and agree the fixing method.

3

Setting Out

Walls and partitions are set out accurately in line with drawings, allowing for tolerance and future finishing trades.

4

Board Installation

Boards are cut, fixed and installed cleanly to the required specification. Access boxes, service routes and junction detailing are addressed.

5

Jointing or Skim Finish

Joints are taped and filled or a full skim finish is applied to the board surface depending on the specification.

6

Quality Check

We check board level, joint finish and surface quality before signing off the work and handing over.

7

Handover

The completed area is handed over to the next trade or end client in a clean and ready condition.
